New Student Information

The school counseling staff would like to welcome you to the Colonial School District, and William Penn specifically.  We hope to make the process of registering your student a comprehensive, yet simple one.  Please use the checklist to guide the collection of your documents.  All new students will need to present the following forms prior to admission into William Penn:

• Registration checklist
• Registration Form 
• Valid Driver’s License with current address
• Proof of Residency (either of these):
  – Recent water/electric bill (within 60 days)
  – Residence Verification Form
• Student Technology Use Form
• Birth Certificate, a photocopy will be made
• Social Security Card, a photocopy will be made
• District Calendar, for your convenience
• Wellness Center Registration (Notice of Privacy Practices,Cover Letter, and Wp Consent Packet)
