I’ve been awarded the Blazer Pride Scholarship to the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the A-State Merit Scholarship at Arkansas State University
What person, who isn’t a teacher, made impact on you and why?
My mom has made an impact on me, even though that sounds very generic, she has instilled in me perseverance and the mentality to do anything to achieve what I’m passionate about in life.
What’s your favorite high school memory?
I haven’t graduated quite yet, but it will most likely being me graduating and being able to see all of the thing I’ve accomplished.
What’s something you hope to be remembered for?
Just always being there for the people that I interact with, so basically for my leadership on sports fields as well as in class.

I would like to thank Ms. Handy cause she’s been there for me in all ways that I’ve needed since the first day of freshman year. I would like to thank Ms. Slama cause she’s the one to open up my eyes to the potential I had in the medical field and has helped me decide what I want to do exactly in life. And I would like to thank Mr. Wellborn, because again I’ve been lucky enough to have him as a teacher every year of high school and he’s not only been a teacher to me but has developed into a mentor to me and someone who I deeply look up to and admire.
