Special Visit from the Delaware Humane Association

FFA members welcomed DHA (Delaware Humane Association) workers and volunteers to their meeting. We even had an extra special guest, Magnificent the adoptable dog! Students learned not only about proper pet care, but also about the importance of treating all animals (and people) humanely. We talked about ways to help our local shelters and are considering a donation drive for ways to help the animals in the shelter. FFA members enjoyed their time with Magnificent and she loved all of the attention, treats, and belly rubs!
