Who WE Are – Sherrie Clark

When Sherrie Clark was a student growing up in the Colonial School District she couldn’t have known her career would come full circle, bringing her back to her home district where she now serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. After graduating from William Penn in 1991, Clark went to the University of Delaware where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. In 2001, she earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College. Clark was a dedicated teacher who went on to become an instructional coach before taking her present position. As a Colonial student Clark still remembers taking a field trip to the World’s Fair in the third grade and meeting her pen pal while at Pleasantville.
