Shelter Drill May 9th at WP

On Friday, May 9th, the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services and the Colonial School District (https://www.apposchooldistrict.com/) will conduct a “mass care drill” at William Penn. This emergency shelter drill addresses the need to use the William Penn after a major event that causes power outages in the community. You may see emergency vehicles and police presence at the school as part of the drill. Reminder, Friday is a Professional Development Day, which means no school for students.
