When & where do we vote?
February 29, 2024 from 7 am – 8 pm
To vote in the referendum, you must:
• Be a citizen of the United States and the State of Delaware.
• Live within Colonial.
• Be 18 years of age on or before the day of the election.
• Provide proof of identity and address. This includes:
• Delaware driver’s license • Delaware ID card
• Work ID card with photo and home address
• U. S. postal material with a street address
To vote in the referendum, YOU DO NOT:
• You Do Not Need to be a registered voter
• You Do Not Need to own your home/property
