Colonial Schools Update for February 3rd | Colonial School District

- Virtual Students: Students who opted for virtual classes will attend virtually as scheduled.
- In Person Students: Students who opted for in person classes will attend in person as scheduled. All students should bring assigned Colonial devices to and from school daily.

- Middle Schools will start classes at 8:20. Students must check schoology for class zoom links.

- Classes now start at 7:20 am
- Students assigned to the Hybrid-Cherry Cohort (Last Names start with M – Z) will attend in person classes as scheduled.
- Virtual students and students assigned to the Hybrid-Black Cohort (Last Names start with A – L) group will attend classes through Zoom as scheduled.
  - Students who are enrolled in in-person learning are assigned to one of two cohorts.
    - Students with last names A – L are in the Hybrid Black Cohort and attend in-person Monday and Tuesday.
    - Students with last names M – Z are in the Hybrid Cherry Cohort and attend in-person Wednesday and Thursday.

- Monday and Tuesday is in person for Grades 9-10
- Wednesday and Thursday is in person grades 11, 12 and credit recovery.

Nutrition

WE have a slight change to the meal delivery schedules due to the inclement weather for this week only:
If you are regularly scheduled to pick up meals on Wednesday, February 3rd,(RED routes) you will now pick up on Friday, February 5th.
If you are regularly scheduled to pick up meals on Thursday, February 4th, (BLUE routes) there will be NO change.
Families will be receiving a box of 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and milk per student. If you are picking up meals for multiple students, it would be helpful to bring a wagon or extra people to help you. Delivery meals will resume the normal delivery schedule on Monday, February 8th (RED routes).
