Dear Families,

We are excited to bring back the in-person option for families and the community to attend Colonial School Board of Education meetings. For the 2021-2022 school year, Colonial School District Board of Education Meetings will take place at William Penn High School. The public is welcome to attend the meetings in-person beginning at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of every month. September 14th is the next scheduled meeting. Seating will adhere to distancing requirements for indoor spaces and all attendees are expected to wear face masks in compliance with mandates from the state.

For those unable to attend in-person there will continue to be a virtual option via Zoom https://zoom.us/j/99327348359. If attending virtually and wishing to make public comment, there is an electronically available link using the school board meeting doc link  https://form.jotform.com/201045448760048. If attending in person a form will be provided by the hosts prior to the meeting.  As a reminder, each speaker is allotted 3 minutes to share their comments with the Board.

The Board of Education encourages attendance at its monthly meetings and looks forward to having two options for families to engage in the meetings.

Sincerely,

Ted Laws,
Colonial School District Board President
