What is it

ITWorks is a proven training program, preparing young adults for entry-level IT careers.  Students spend the first 11 weeks learning about PC hardware, troubleshooting, IT networking, security, and more to prepare for the Cisco IT Essentials and the CompTIA A+ certifications. Then, students gain real-life, hands-on experience during a five-week internship at a local corporation or nonprofit.  Graduates are prepared for roles as Help Desk Technicians, End User Support Techs, IT Specialists, Field Technicians, and more.

Industry-Recognized Certification (Curriculum designed to prepare students to sit for the Comp TIA A+ and Cisco Essentials Exams), 5-Week Paid Internship, Job Placement Assistance, Hands-on Mentoring, Weekly Networking with Employers, Post-Graduation Community.

Who is eligible

18 – 26 Years Olds, High School Diploma or Equivalent, but Without a 4-Year Degree,  Able to Commit Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3PM for 16 Weeks, Interested in Technology, and Local to Wilmington, DE.
