What is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?

A CSA is a program that some farms have where individuals can choose to support the farm through the purchase of a “share” in the farm. A share is a set amount of vegetables over a set period of time. CSA’s have become a popular way for consumers to buy local and seasonal produce directly from the farm.
