Nemours’ School Based Health Centers
The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a partnership between Nemours Children’s Health and Colonial School District.
Health care is provided in the SBHC at your child’s school by a Physician or Nurse Practitioner and a Psychologist or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health.

- Counseling (individual, family, and group)
- Health screenings
- Crisis intervention and suicide prevention
- Immunizations
- Health education/risk reduction
- Diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
