Accepting Appointments for Flu Vaccines

For sports physicals you will also need to fill out the DIAA form, as well as the center’s registration:
What: We are currently scheduling appointments for sports physicals, immunizations, and flu shots. Other services include virtual nutritional and mental health counseling services, and reproductive health appointments (optional with membership).
How: Please call the office 302-324-5740; the hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am -3:00 pm. When you call to set up your appointment, we will review CDC guidelines with you.
Where: The Wellness Center is conveniently located inside WPHS; at this time, we can only see students who have an appointment.
