This week Paws for People came to visit GR’s Exploring Agriscience classes. In class, students have been discussing the many cultural and societal uses of animals, so they were thrilled to meet therapy dogs Mr. Gibbs, Leia and Molly Bear. Students learned about the organization, the benefits of therapy animals and how to properly take care of pets. We look forward to giving our students even more relevant, unique and engaging learning experiences in Agriscience; inside and outside the classroom.
