Our Goal:
To provide young children identified with special needs with access to the support necessary to be able to participate and be successful in the natural early learning environment.  Services may be provided in a child care, a Head Start Center, or a private preschool.

“Each and every child should have the opportunity to grow, develop and learn in their community among family and friends. If we truly believe that, then as professionals in early childhood special education we have to provide the supports necessary so that children with disabilities can access and participate in typical early childhood experiences alongside their peers without disabilities. All of us, and especially our young children must have the opportunity to develop friendships, social skills and natural learning of skills in real situations in our communities.“
