New Covid Testing Event in our community
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 29th from 10 am – 3 pm at William Penn High School
Please pre-register if at all possible to save on wait times at the testing site.

Following these instructions:
1) Click on the E-Req link
2) Fill in as much patient info as possible
3) Select collection date 11/29/2020
4) Click “Create E-Req”
5) Print out E-Req
6) Bring the print out to the testing site.
